Pensacola Pedal Trolley is a guided, two-hour BYOB ride through downtown Pensacola. Bring your drinks, choose the music and pedal between possible downtown bar stops. Book individual seats or reserve the entire 15-person trolley for your own crew.

We begin and end our tours at 21 West Romana Street Public Parking Lot in downtown Pensacola next to Bistrology. Beverages are available for purchase prior to tours but please bring cups as there is no glass permitted in the open when the Pedal Trolley is in motion. (Glass can be stored in coolers.)

We require all passengers to be 16 years or older. Only those 21 and older are allowed to consume alcohol onboard the Pedal Trolley. Please note that not all bars and pub stops allow underage guests later in the evenings. Please call if you have further questions.

No. Individual-seat bookings are available for smaller groups, and we may pair you with other riders. Individual-seat tours require at least 5 total riders to go out. If you want the trolley entirely to yourselves, reserve the private trolley for up to 15 riders.

The more people pedaling, the easier it is, but we do have a motor to make the ride smooth and easy! There are 12 bicycle seats (with backs). There’s also a 3-seat back bench which is designed for those riders who want to relax or are physically incapable of the rigors of pedaling — or maybe just for the VIPs of your group!

You bring the tunes, and we’ll provide the speakers to play the hits! We can connect your phone via aux cord or Bluetooth or just ask your Pedal Trolley guide to DJ!

The listed $40 individual-seat price and $540 private-trolley price are base prices before taxes and fees. A $5 or $54 deposit, plus applicable taxes and fees, is due when you book. Your exact total and remaining balance are shown during checkout before you complete your booking.

We offer Trip Assurance for flexibility if your plans change or we must cancel due to bad weather. With Trip Assurance you can get a full refund for cancellations up to 7 days before your tour, or if the National Weather Service issues a Severe Weather Warning that forces us to cancel during your scheduled time. To buy it, choose the “Trip Assurance” add-on at checkout. For mixer tours, select Trip Assurance for each ticket you want covered. Without Trip Assurance all sales are final. If we cancel for severe weather and you don’t have Trip Assurance, you’ll receive a credit for a future tour at any TourScale location (Trolley Pub, Paddle Pub, Tiki Pub) in the U.S.

Our policy is we roll rain or shine. We have a canopy over the top of the Pedal Trolley that will help prevent getting soaked, but even with the canopy you will probably get a few sprinkles on you. We promise a little bit of rain will not stop the party. If you’re unsure, please bring a coat or book a tour for another day.
